Our first major tournament podium changed everything. Sponsors came on board, we expanded the roster, and hired coaching staff.
Studio Launch
We opened our training and production studio, launched an academy to develop new talent, and scaled content production for live events and original shows.
Warm-up → Skill drills → Team scrims → VOD review → Gym / recovery.
We track heatmaps, timing, objective control, and individual metrics to identify gains and weaknesses.
In-house coaches handle tactics, shot-calling, and mental prep; specialists focus on aim, movement, and macro play.
Strength, cardio, sleep, and mindset coaching reduce burnout and amplify performance.
Each session ends with clear objectives for the next practice and a short recap sent to players and staff.
